• The bearing adopts rolling bearing. and the brand of bearing grease is lithium-based grease ZL-3. Viewed from the shaft extension end of the motor, the motor terminal box is on the right side of the base.This series of motors comply with the regulations of JB563-64 and JB564-64 issued by the Ministry of Machinery Industry.
• JS 10kv high voltage electric motor can be made into double shaft extension according to user’s requirements, any one of the shaft extension can be used to convey the rated power of the motor. The basic installation type IMB3 structure, JS series 11kv motor has two end cover bearings and a cylindrical shaft extension, which can be connected to the driven machinery by a coupling. This series of motors are of protective type, and can also be made into ducted ventilation type according to user requirements. The ventilation system adopts symmetrical radial ventilation on both sides.
• The motor type is horizontal, with a cylindrical shaft extension, and can also be made into a double shaft extension motor. The motor allows direct starting at full voltage. The main insulation of the stator coil of the high-voltage motor is wrapped with epoxy powder mica tape, vacuum-dried, and the whole motor is processed by VPI technology.
